蓋碗,一隻看似簡單的茶具,卻蘊含著天地人三才的奧妙。其圓形的身軀,象徵天,缸體內部的空間,則代表地。而我們手捧蓋碗沖泡的過程,正是人與天地融合的體現。透過這個微型宇宙,我們得以感知生命的本質。
在品茗過程中,我們會體驗不同茶類如同體驗不同性格的人一般。有的茶香濃郁醇厚,猶如性格強勢的人;有的則清淡婉約,如同溫和內斂的性情。但無論茶味如何,都各具特色,沒有孰優孰劣。關鍵在於用心感受,欣賞每個人(或茶)的獨特之處。
有時候,我們會沉浸在自己慣常飲用的那杯茶中,感到安適而滿足。但當我們嘗試其他人的茶時,往往會有耳目一新的體驗,雖然過後又會回到自己的偏好。這不就如人生的縮影嗎?我們需要時不時跨出舒適圈,去體驗新的可能性。
在茶道中,器具的使用、擺放方式等都極為講究,充滿儀式感。這種精細入微的態度,其實正是生活應有的狀態。初次使用蓋碗,因不熟悉而手忙腳亂,但經過反復練習,卻能越做越好,感到無比滿足。同樣,了解各類茶葉的特性,調整沖泡時間,也能找到最適合自己的口感。

In this tea gathering, we will use the gaiwan as a vessel to explore the mysteries of tea culture and delve into the philosophical insights of life.
The gaiwan, a seemingly simple teaware, embodies the wondrous harmony of heaven, earth, and humanity. Its round shape symbolizes the celestial, while the inner space of the body represents the terrestrial. The process of brewing tea with our hands is the embodiment of the fusion between people and the cosmos. Through this microcosm, we can perceive the essence of life.
In the process of tea tasting, we will experience different teas much like we experience different personalities. Some teas are rich and robust, akin to strong-willed characters, while others are delicate and graceful, like gentle and reserved temperaments. But regardless of the tea's flavor, each has its unique charm, and there is no better or worse. The key is to mindfully appreciate and embrace the distinctive qualities of each (be it tea or person).
At times, we may immerse ourselves in the familiar tea we usually drink, feeling comfortable and satisfied. We need to step out of our comfort zones from time to time and explore new possibilities.
